Returns, exchanges and refunds.

and services, and therefore place customer service at
top of our list and want you to be 100% satisfied every
time you shop with us. This is achieved by returning
an adequate level of service or help with your questions
and concerns. We therefore have a three-way guarantee
to cover most eventualities.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations,
you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase
of any item within seven working days of delivery.
If any item(s) include free shipping of £100 or over we DO NOT include the original cost of postage and packaging if refunded.
1) 7 day money back guarantee
You can shop in confidence at dressnimpress because
we offer a 7 day money back guarantee. This means for
any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase(s) once
received then we will refund the value of the goods.
* This is subject to the goods being returned in their
original packaging, complete with tags, unused, unwashed
and not damaged.
* Please note this does not
include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
2) After 7 days and up to 21 days
If still you are not happy after 7 days (up to 21
days) and return the item back in its original condition
with all tags and packaging, you are entitled for a
store credit once we have received it. Please note this
does not include the cost of the original postage and
packaging.
3) Faulty or wrong item
If the item you receive is faulty or is not what you
originally ordered, return them to us within 30 days
in their original unused condition and we either exchange
them or provide a refund including your postage.
Returns Procedure
We want every designer clothes shopping experience to be convenient,
easy, and fun! We intend to make certain that your return
is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible.
To ensure this please complete the returns form by clicking
here. All you need do
is complete it and send it back to us and then we as
soon as we receive the goods we will start the process
of the refund or get the item shipped out if its an
exchange.
* Please note the item is
your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for
your own protection, we suggest that you send the package
using a delivery service that insures you for the value
of the goods.
