UK - £3 Next Day Delivery (Free if you spend £40 or more )
Europe - £6 International signed for delivery
Rest of the World - £12 International signed for delivery
When will I receive my item?
United Kingdom - All of our parcels are sent on a next working day service. To qualify for next working day your order must be received by 15:30 (3:30pm) on a working day (Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays are not working days).

Who Will Deliver My Parcel?
We use various different couriers depending on your delivery area. For orders going to mainland UK we use Royal Mail special delivery, whiles orders going to Northern Ireland will go by DHL Express. For international orders we use Royal Mail Airsure. All of our couriers offer a swift and secure ‘signed for delivery service and we’ll send you delivery updates by email.
What if I am not in when my parcel is delivered (UK)?
Please ensure that the delivery address you have given is one where there is usually somebody home to accept the package. Whether Royal Mail or DHL, if the delivery officer cannot deliver they will leave a calling card to advise what action he has taken if he cannot get a reply.
With Royal Mail, the parcel will not be left at the delivery address under any circumstance. The Royal Mail driver will post a card through your door with one of three options depending on the locality of your address. Either [1] take to a local post office for you to collect, [2] try to make a second redelivery attempt the next working day or [3] take back to the local Royal Mail depot for you to collect. In each of these instances, a calling card will be left.
If you are not in when the second delivery attempt is made you will have to arrange to collect your parcel from your local depot otherwise it will be returned to us. Alternatively you can request a third delivery attempt but this will cost an extra £5.00.
Can I get my parcel delivered to a different address?
Yes, you have the option to add a different delivery address when placing your order with us. Please note, for your protection, there may be a delay in dispatching an order to a different address, due to fraud prevention measures. You will be informed if this is the case.
Can someone else sign for my delivery?
Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign for the goods
Can you leave the delivery in an agreed hiding place?
Unfortunately we cannot. All parcels will require a signature on arrival and will need to be signed for upon receipt at the delivery address.
Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up orders from our warehouse.
